Verizon Wireless announced that it had the "most loyal" customers during the second quarter because it posted the lowest churn rate out of the top four carriers. VZW had a 1.3 percent total churn rate and a 0.85 percent post paid churn rate for the quarter. AT&T trailed Verizon Wireless with a 1.6 percent total churn rate and a 1.2 percent post paid churn rate. T-Mobile USA had a 2.7 percent total churn rate and a 1.8 percent post paid churn rate. Sprint, which does not post total churn rates, had a 2 percent post paid churn rate. Verizon claims this is the 11th straight quarter that it has led the pack.
