Nextel affiliate shareholder wants to hold out

One of the largest shareholders in Nextel affiliate UbiquiTel wants the company to hold out for more money than the proposed $1.3 billion that Sprint Nextel recently said it would pay for UbiquiTel and its 603,000 subscribers.
