System Engineer ( in TX or other) - WirelessCareers

Position Description

A world leader in wireless coverage solutions, the company is an acknowledge leader in the design of state-of-the-art systems that are providing solutions for interoperability within the P-25 market requirements.

Our quest is for a top system engineer who can provide support to the sales team and customers throughout North America as the company expands its presence in the public safety market and in the carrier market with the latest repeater technology.

This position will require about 40% travel in support of sales projects and will require both tactical and strategic leadership from engineering, systems engineering, and DAS and in-building applications.

As an engineering leader in the company you will report to the Director of the Americas who is managing the company’s expansion throughout the Western Hemisphere. Additionally you will have a dotted line responsibility to the engineer CTO leadership located in Europe.

While the NA office is in the DFW area, we are openly considering candidates from throughout North America. A home-based office would be acceptable.

Compensation package will depend on experience, the competitive candidates we are talking with are earning in excess of 130,000.


Requirements:

BSEE or greater,
DAS (Distributed Antenna Systems), A MUST
in-building wirelss, A MUST
good communication skills & customer interaction, self starter & independent

base station antennas, repeaters, wireless coverage solutions, P25, APCO, LMR, PSMR, public safety mobile radio, land mobile radio, multi-band
