alwaysBEthere is seeking two early-career sales and marketing professionals to manage specific sales and marketing programs for our large corporate customers.

This is a unique opportunity because you will be marketing and selling to a very receptive audience who are tightly affiliated with our customers. These are extremely warm leads that are highly-motivated to buy what we’re offering. It’s your job to make these prospects aware of the program via aggressive, well-funded marketing campaigns and outbound calling programs.

You’ll need to be a team-player and a great “quarterback” as you’ll rely heavily upon our Marketing Department and your colleagues to create success. There will be a handful of junior sales people working on your program with you and at least two senior Account Managers involved.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Creating and executing specific sales programs to meet customer program requirements
- Managing and executing outbound marketing via direct mail, email marketing, targeted publication advertisings, phone calls, etc to a defined set of prospects that are eligible for our customers’ program. These are very, very warm leads and are receptive, and in some cases required, to purchase these wireless solutions.
- Collaborating with our Marketing Department on the above initiatives to make them happen on-time and on-budget
- Working one-on-one with purchasing designees to sell specific wireless solutions programs

Requirements:
- A Bachelors degree
- 2-4 years sales and marketing experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office programs, the Internet, and the Adobe Suite
- Project planning management capabilities
- Detail-orientation and ability to never, ever drop a ball
- Excellent customer service and phone presence
- Extraordinary computer skills
- Ability to create strong and excellent relationships with individuals and companies

You will be expected to help in other ways, too. Be prepared to lend a hand when asked—or when you see the need yourself. This is part of what we all do. Without exception, everyone pitches in where and when necessary.
You will be an integral part of an overall pioneering team and may be called upon, along with everyone else, to shuttle out-of-town visitors to airports, chase down the UPS carrier to take just one last package, or whip up hot cocoa for guests. You name it, if it moves the enterprise forward, you’ll likely be called upon to do whatever it takes to accrue an ever-growing base of astounded, advanced real-time mobile/wireless solutions users.
